Angler is developing the first surface-and-submersible hybrid system (USV/UUV) produced in Europe at a cost-effective price, drawing on Ukraine’s operational experience in modern naval warfare. Capable of navigating on the surface and then diving to evade detection, it combines autonomous AI-driven decision-making in GPS-denied and jammed environments with up to 168 hours of mission endurance. Designed in Ukraine and manufactured in the European Union (Czech Republic), Angler V2 will enter the sea trial phase in 2026, with an operational validation program underway to confirm its performance under real-world conditions.
