Sofrecom wanted to rejuvenate its employer brand image and update its message to attract a new generation of talent. The main challenge was to produce a contemporary film that would appeal to young graduates and experts on an international scale. The constraints were significant: organizing simultaneous filming in four different countries (Paris, Morocco, Tunisia, Dubai) to produce a truly multicultural film that reflected the company's diversity and openness. The aim was to convince these young professionals to join Sofrecom by showing them a dynamic company that was in tune with their aspirations.
To meet this major challenge, Autour de l’Image proposed a methodical and innovative approach. We developed an extremely detailed and clear shooting brief to ensure visual consistency despite decentralized filming. This brief specified the shots, framing, and camera movements precisely, enabling local teams to produce harmonized rushes.
Filming took place simultaneously in Paris, Morocco, Tunisia, and Dubai, mobilizing local teams under our creative direction. The crucial editing stage took place in Paris, where we consolidated and reviewed hours of video footage. To optimize production and modernize the result, the film's voiceover was generated by our studio using AI, and the film was produced in French and English to reach the entire international target audience.
