Aero School is the French leader in tourism and aviation training, offering courses in aeronautics and languages, as well as personalized support in finding employment. Aero School is also a DGAC-approved practical examination center and an ETS Global-approved TOEIC examination center.
Set up during lockdown in spring 2020 to remedy the lack of interaction, Aero School's Instagram Live quickly became a regular feature for communicating about its training courses, answering candidates' questions and, more generally, keeping in touch and listening to its audience. A meeting was then set up for the last Wednesday of every month at 4:00 p.m. to humanize the company and show candidates the desire to interact easily and authentically with the community.
To ensure the effectiveness of the live stream, each event is announced in the form of animated visual posts two days before, one day before, and on the day of the event across all of Aero School's social media channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Additional support has also been provided in the form of Instagram stories, including countdowns, allowing users to set up alerts before the live event begins.
On average, 100 visitors are connected simultaneously per live broadcast. In order to structure events and reach as wide an audience as possible, a different theme is highlighted each month: registration, financing, CCA training, TOEIC exams, etc. Occasionally, guests and aviation professionals are also invited to take part in the live broadcast via a live trade show.
At the end of each live stream, it is shared on IGTV and reposted in stories, turning a fleeting live event into permanent content.
Beyond being a communication tool for Aero School, this campaign aims to grow its community and visibility on Instagram while forging strong ties between the company and its customers. By strengthening its brand awareness and engagement, this Instagram presence aims to drive traffic to its website www.aeroschool.fr and generate enrollment requests.
