Nordtherm is a small company specializing in climate control and energy in the Île-de-France region. Organized around a design office and a technical team with recognized expertise, Nordtherm installs, repairs, and maintains heating/air conditioning and plumbing systems for individuals, condominiums, and professionals in the service sector.
The previous Nordtherm website was outdated, poorly functional, and no longer representedthe company's image, so a complete overhaul of the site was necessary.
Nordtherm works with three types of customers: individuals, condominiums, and service sector professionals. Since the needs and services associated with each type of customer are not the same, we have designed a main website with three sub-sites dedicated to each customer.
Working on wireframes (functional mock-ups) upstream and validating graphic mock-ups enabled us to clarify Nordtherm's expectations and deliver a functional website with a modern design.
Thanks to simple and intuitive navigation, each customer can easily navigate to the site dedicated to them and discover the services, news, and expertise that are relevant to them. Contact between Nordtherm and the customer is also simplified, as each sub-site has a specific quote form.
This new website also showcases Nordtherm's size, with around thirty technicians, and highlights the extensive expertise and qualifications of its teams.
